Five Star Hotel Property In Delhi / NCR

333acre share a latest news with the community. Its regarding five star hotel property in Delhi / NCR. Currently two hotels property in Delhi pays higher licence fees to the NDMC : Le Meridian and The Lalit. As per licence deed of 99 years, the licence fees has to be renewed after every 33years and this period had expired in March 2014. On 26th April 2016, NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council) increased the licence fee of Le Meridian and The Lalit. This decision was made by NDMC after experienced of restrospective effect from March 2014. As per deed Le Meridian currently pays Rs. 2.68 crore per annum or 21% of its gross turnover ( whichever is higher ) to NDMC. This amounts to a merge Rs. 30 lakh per month. Same thing happen with the “The Lalit” . The Lalit pays Rs. 1.45 crore annually that amounts to Rs. 15 lakh per month. The fees was revised keeping in consideration the area of Taj Mansingh, which is spread over 3.78 acres. Le Meridian is spread over 4.29 acres, while The Lalit has an area of 6.04 acres.
